Ladislav Trakal Foundation – founded in 2020, immediately after the release of a monograph about the artist and a full-scale exhibition of his works. The founder and director of the fund is art critic Yakov Skulsky. He is also the author of a monograph and the owner of a collection of the artist’s works.

Ladislav Trakal Foundation is the first artist’s foundation in Ukraine. Since the life and work of the artist belongs to two countries, Ukraine and the Czech Republic, the organization is also a representative of the Czech cultural world.

The purpose and task of the foundation is to explain and study the life and work of the artist.

The Foundation cooperates with museums, libraries, archives and auctions to complement the archive.

The Foundation is the direct owner of the artist’s copyright along with the family-heirs of the master.
