The Ladislav Trakal Foundation is the official custodian of the artist’s legacy and archive, acting under the authority formally granted by the artist’s lawful heirs. The relevant rights and authority administered by the Foundation were transferred to it by the artist’s heirs.

All rights in the Foundation’s original photography, archival documents, research materials, publications, texts, databases and digital content are reserved and administered by the Foundation. Reproduction, publication, distribution or commercial use of materials obtained from the Foundation’s archive requires prior written permission from the Foundation.
