Authentication

To request the authentication of a work and the possible issuance of a Certificate of Authenticity, please complete the dedicated form and submit clear photographs of the front and reverse of the work, the signature, labels, stamps and any available provenance documents. The request will be reviewed individually by the Ladislav Trakal Foundation.

A Certificate of Authenticity may be issued only after a full expert examination of the submitted work and all supporting materials. Submission of the form does not guarantee authentication or the issuance of a certificate.
